Returns
Due to the nature of my work, I do not offer returns. If you have any questions about a particular piece, please don't hesitate to contact me before placing an order.
Shipping info
All orders ship from my Montreal studio within 3-5 business days by CANADA POST. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.
- CANADA orders ship with a tracking number and a signature confirmation upon delivery. I ship to all provinces in Canada except Quebec. I do not ship orders to Quebec.
- USA orders ship with a tracking number. Please contact me if you require XPRESSPOST service with signature for an extra fee.
- INTERNATIONAL orders ship without a tracking number. I am not responsible for your parcel once it ships. Please contact me if you require a shipping service with a tracking number for an extra fee.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or incorrect shipping addresses.
I personally pack each order carefully to ensure that every art piece arrives safely to its destination.
Sales tax for Canadian residents:
If you reside in Canada, sales tax specific to your province will be added to your order. Please contact me before checkout with your shipping address to ensure the correct provincial sales tax is applied to your order.
Local pick-up
Local pick-up is available at my studio in Montreal.
Duties and taxes
Clients are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes and duties that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs in your respective country.
Accepted forms of payment
I accept online payments in my shop via Stripe and/or Paypal. Your confidential information is handled securely through SSL encryption.
